It All Starts with a Conversation

Some of our guests come to us with a pretty clear idea of where they want to go and what they'd love to see. Others just want a little inspiration. Either way, we enjoy nothing more than getting involved in the conversation.

We've spent decades exploring wild places, getting to know the wildlife, the guides and the people who make these journeys possible. We've also been directly involved in creating safari operations and supporting wildlife conservation, particularly in Zambia. All of this gives us an enormous amount of firsthand knowledge to draw upon when helping you plan your own safari.

And we really do like to talk!

Quite often, we'll suggest putting the world on hold for a while, grabbing a coffee and getting together on Zoom or Teams. Nothing formal, just an opportunity to share ideas, talk wildlife, explore different places and give you a feel for what you can do, what you might see and what you can realistically expect.

We might introduce you to somewhere you'd never considered, suggest a particular guide we know, or explain why one time of year might work better than another. We'll also talk openly about costs and how to get the most from your budget.

Once we've settled on the ideas, we take care of absolutely everything. From creating your itinerary and choosing the right camps and guides to arranging flights, transfers and all the practical details. We'll make sure everyone along the way knows your plans and remain available throughout your journey.

It's a very personal approach, and one we've followed since Busanga Safaris began.
