With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working for both UK and international hotel companies, specialising in training and development and in the creation and management of all aspects of the guest experience, Lesley has a real understanding of what it takes to provide great customer service.

Her love and interest in Africa developed as a child, listening to stories from her family of their lives working in the mines of Johannesburg, South Africa and Kitwe, Zambia.

Her sense of adventure has led her to travel for both work and pleasure in over 50 countries across the world. But with a passion for the African continent that sees her returning time after time to revisit old friends and explore new areas. From classic safaris in Kenya, Zambia and Tanzania to trekking for Western Lowland Gorillas in the Republic of Congo, Mountain Gorillas in Rwanda and chimpanzees in Uganda,
